Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Standard delivery

  • Most orders are despatched the same day (subject to stock availability and order time)
  • Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from despatch
  • Postage and packaging costs are included in the product price

 

Please note that delivery times may be affected during busy periods due to increased demand on courier services.

Next day delivery

We offer a next working day delivery option for urgent orders:

  • Cost: £12.50
  • Orders must be placed before 10:00am
  • Items must be in stock
  • Available within Royal Mail Zone 1 areas

 

Orders outside this zone may:

  • Incur additional delivery charges
  • Take longer to arrive

 

Any additional costs will be confirmed on an order-by-order basis before dispatch.

Returns

We accept returns within 28 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Items must be in a resalable condition

 

To arrange a return, please contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
 
Important

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photo of the issue
    • Whether you would like a refund or replacement
 

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
